Church administration is a lot like clothing.  Two people may wear clothing that appears the same, but is not.  The difference may be on material; it may be of size. Rarely, however, are the clothes exactly the same.

The model that will be presented is not designed for a church to adopt; it is designed for a church to adapt.  Like the tailor who takes a pre-made garment and turns it into a custom fit unique to the person, this model would need to be tailored to the specifics of each local church that chooses to utilize it.

Even if the model is not utilized in any major way, the model and its specific documents may help church leaders to think through aspects of ministry that they may currently be missing.
